An eTicket alone doesn't serve as a visa. If your home country is excused from Dominican visa requirements, the eTicket is enough. Otherwise, a visa is necessary with the eTicket.

An eTicket is a digital record needed for all travelers for entry and exit. A travel visa is a formal authorization needed for certain nationalities to enter the Dominican Republic. Verify travel requirements with official sources as they can change.

Fill out our application form, which includes the Boarding and Disembarkation Card, Travelers Health Affidavit, and Customs Declaration Form, to easily get an eTicket. After payment, expect your eTicket in your inbox within a day.

If all submitted information is accurate and complete, your eTicket will be emailed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

You may apply for an eTicket with just an arrival date. Once the departure date is confirmed, contact us to finalize your eTicket.

You will receive two QR codes per application: one for entry and another for exit. Group applications will receive one QR code for the entire group for both entry and exit.

The Dominican eTicket itself is completely free when obtained through the official government website. However, our agency charges a $39 service fee to handle the entire application process on your behalf. This includes reviewing your information for accuracy, submitting the application, and ensuring you receive your completed eTicket without the hassle. Many travelers choose our service to save time and avoid the confusion of filling out the form themselves.

- Service Delay: We fail to deliver your processed eTicket confirmation within our stated timeframe after receiving complete & accurate info due solely to our internal processing delays.
- Service Error: A verifiable processing error made only by our team directly results in your eTicket application being definitively rejected by Dominican authorities.
Please Note: Refunds are generally not provided if:
- Delays or rejections are caused by official government systems, or by incomplete/incorrect information you provided.
- Your application has already been successfully processed and submitted by us based on the information given.
- You change your travel plans after we have begun processing.
