Your satisfaction is important. We offer a full refund of our $39 service fee under these specific conditions:
- Service Delay: We fail to deliver your processed e-Ticket confirmation within our stated timeframe after receiving complete & accurate info due solely to our internal processing delays.
- Service Error: A verifiable processing error made only by our team directly results in your e-Ticket application being definitively rejected by Dominican authorities.
Please Note: Refunds are generally not provided if:
- Delays or rejections are caused by official government systems, or by incomplete/incorrect information you provided.
- Your application has already been successfully processed and submitted by us based on the information given.
- You change your travel plans after we have begun processing.
